I LOVE my Land Rover and I love Land Rover Roaring Fork!!! I purchased my LR4 here in 2017 and I’ve brought it here for service the past 5 years. I have also done several modifications to my vehicle like adding a lift, new wheels, a rack, ext. to make it the incredible overland vehicle it is. There is no better vehicle in the backcountry as well as being our daily driver. The service department here is passionate about Land Rover and Range Rover and it comes across. I feel like they always provide fair pricing. I trust Jake, Eric, and the service department with repairs and modifications. I’ve had many positive experiences and Jake goes above and beyond for every service visit. He arranges a loaner vehicle while my car is in the shop. Jake also explains any necessary repairs as well as gives me a heads up on any future repairs the car might need down the line. I very much trust this dealership, and especially the service department. I was impressed last year when the service department was able to locate parts that were hard to find due to back orders caused by Covid-19. The check engine light on my new Range Rover Sport came on as we were driving through Colorado. The nearest dealer was in Glenwood Spring. It was Friday afternoon and my brake sensor indicator went off indicating brake pads were worn. I had just had the annual service and brakes replaced on my Range Rover Sport Supercharged at another dealership 4 days prior and was now driving from Colorado to Newport Beach. Needless to say, I was concerned due to the mountain driving I was doing over the next day. Land Rover Glenwood Springs (Colorado) was the closest dealership. Fortunately, I reached Jake. While the service department didn’t have any appointments available. When I explained to Jake the situation, he said to bring it in and they would check it out. I was relieved to find it just needed the sensor replaced. They replaced the sensor, cleaned off the brake calipers and washed the car. I so appreciate Jake and his team for accommodating me on a busy Friday afternoon right before closing. Exceptional service!

I think my used 2015 Ram 1500 being at the Land Rover Roaring Fork (LRRF) dealership was a bit of an anomaly but it was there and they had it shockingly priced well below market value. To validate, I did my own exhaustive pricing research, sanity-checked the price with Bob (who ended up being my salesman), and then decided to go look at it. Long story short and after a test drive, etc., LRRF actually ended up proving itself by not price negotiating and sticking with the list price of that day. Bob worked to have a few items I asked to be addressed (like removing the plastic bed liner I didn't want, for example) and they had me out of there, no hassle, in just a couple of hours.

We initially visited to check out a vehicle they had on their lot, but after inspection found that it was too small and wouldn’t fit our needs. We mentioned that we came to look at a particular vehicle but once we saw it (because it was sitting out front) and found that it wouldn’t meet our needs we decided to move on. He invited us inside and gathered information on what we were looking for and the price range we had available. My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle recently at Land Rover Roaring Fork. We found the vehicle online over a weekend, roughly 300 miles away from our home. The price was below our budget, and the vehicle had extremely low miles for it's age. It almost seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! My wife called and spoke with Bob first thing on a Monday morning and he gave her all the details of the vehicle, including maintenance history, CARFAX, cosmetic damage, etc. Bob was in no way pushy, but professional the entire time. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls as we worked at arranging for an out-of-state purchase. My wife and I flew into Aspen the following day and he was kind enough to make the drive from Glenwood Springs to pick us up in the newly-detailed vehicle. Knowing that we were pressed for time due to a long drive ahead of us he had the paperwork done ahead of time and Courtney was able to get us through closing paperwork quickly. I just want to say that from the moment I set foot in Land Rover Roaring Fork til the time I drove away with my new (to me) Ford Expedition, I was treated to a professional, low pressure and ultimately enjoyable experience. Mike Gallucci, though busy with a customer, found time to break away and answer questions over the phone. He insisted my wife and I come in. Though it was near closing time, I must say, he could not have been more patient and helpful. We took a long test drive, went through a dissertation of questions and considerations and finally began the initial paperwork. One of our better experiences, we looked at 3 or 4 options for a larger SUV, hybrid vs diesel vs electric, and for our needs the Range Rover Sport Diesel fitted the biggest number of items on our list. These folks are amazing. I'm a Glenwood local and I use this dealer as my "home" dealer for service on my Evoque. Time and time again they've taken great care of both me and my vehicle. Just the other day I had a radiator hose burst in my engine on I-70, they helped me arrange a tow, got my car into the shop early, and got all the parts very quickly. Two days later I'm driving my car again and it's better than ever. They even fixed a rattling noise in my engine from my exhaust and washed the car inside and out to boot. Saw a great price on the internet for an Evoque that caught my eye. The price beat out all the competition so I decided to fly in from Austin Texas for the vehicle. Wow, what to say. First off I went to Land Rover to lease a Range Rover for a tax write off. However I left with a Range Rover that I loved. It's now my favorite car but that's not the best part at all. I was helped by Michael "my salesmen. He was really informative, kind, not pushy and knew what he was doing. Nothing but good things to say about Nick Mitros and Land Rover Roaring Fork. We were interested in an older LR3 they had. Unfortunately the truck sold the day before we were scheduled to go look at it, but since then Nick has been supremely helpful in trying to locate another vehicle that would work for us. I've always had exceptional sales experiences with Land Rover dealerships, but really didn't expect this level of service on a vehicle that's literally 10% the price of what they normally sell.

They do not waste your time haggling over the price, what Land Rover suggests is what they sell them for and it makes it very simple. Personally we appreciate the simplicity, if you are going to purchase a vehicle of this caliber at these price points you should already be able to afford them so I don't understand why Claude had any trouble. I have been dealing with Kyle for the last 2 vehicles personally and he is an incredible asset to the Land Rover family. We walk in and say we want 'that one' and 20-30 minutes later we are driving off the lot. Compared to other dealerships in Glenwood.... honestly other dealerships don't compare to make it simple. To understand how good these guys are, I walked in a few weeks ago after painting my fence and was in dirty blue jeans, work boots, and a shirt covered in paint and a new associate who I had not previously met asked me how he could help as if I had just walked in wearing a $10k suite. They treat everyone (that I have seen) equally and amazingly well. This dealership should get 6 stars but they only let me have 5.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Land Rover Roaring Fork. This is the third Land Rover that I have purchased, all in this valley. I recently very reluctantly (because I loved the car) traded in my eight year old LR3 for a newer, but pre-owned, Land Rover. Since I rarely have passengers in the back seat, I always remove the head rests soon after purchase in order to increase my visibility. When the car was appraised, I had forgotten to put the head rests back in. I knew they were somewhere in the garage. So they based my trade-in value on my providing those head rests. I spent hours looking for them, but never could find them. They must have been lost during a move. I had been informed that replacing the head rests would cost about $1,000 and I would be responsible for their replacement. When I told them that I could not find them, they ended up choosing to replace them themselves. I have had my Land Rovers serviced at Land Rover Roaring Fork and have been happy with their service and would highly recommend dealing with them

After interacting with another dealer (because of my location at the time), I simply went back to LR Roaring Fork because of their attentiveness and interest in being my LR Dealer. This might have been challenging because I was purchasing from california and only had Bob's representations, pictures, and Carfax reports to rely on. The vehicle was shipped to me in california. All was as represented. I would recomend this dealership as being honest and reliable.

We walked in the without an appointment Wayne Goren got up and met us immediately. We had an efficient selling process, got the 2015 Range Rover Sport ordered in March to pick up in June on the date we asked. Did the entire process over e mail and phone and day of pickup between Wayne and Dave Toro the process couldn't have been easier. Wayne spend over an hour with my wife showing her how to work everything in the vehicle, hooked up the phones to the blue tooth, made the whole process easy and is always available to any follow up calls. My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Subaru WRX STI from Land Rover Roaring Fork and can't say enough about the professionalism and overall attention paid to our sales experience. Although the STI would not be considered "their typical inventory" our salesman, Robert Penland, was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to perform the required research to answer all the questions we had on the vehicle. This was of the utmost importance as we were traveling from Boulder all the way to Glenwood Springs to purchase the vehicle. Bob not only addressed any questions we had but also took the time to properly photo any small damage he could find so we knew exactly what we were getting into before deciding to make the 6 hour round trip for the vehicle. Both Robert and the finance manager Dave Toro, opened the dealership early on a Saturday to accommodate the scheduling constraints my wife and I had. This was just another example of how they were able to go above and beyond to make sure our experience was one of ease. Mr Toro handled our financing with promptness and professionalism clearly explaining what each of the documents we signed meant in both legal and layman's terms. Prior experience with buying vehicles at dealerships made us think it was going to be a multi-hour ordeal but we were pleasantly surprised that after deciding to purchase the vehicle we were finished and on the road in just under an hour! i recently purchased a car from Wayne at Roaring Fork Land Rover that i found on cars.com. Wayne went out of his way to make sure i had what i needed to make an informed decision about the vehicle. The car i purchased was as nice as it looked and seemed online. Even after the deal was done they still made sure everything was perfect and i was satisfied even when they didn't have to. I'm not the guy that leaves reviews...generally i say i'm too busy or whatever, but these guys deserve a 5 star rating and good review. I will definitely be a repeat customer and i live thousands of miles away!
